Mudiera operates discovery, marketplace, community, creator, and business workflow features. This notice explains key transparency points about roles, rankings, trust indicators, sponsored content, fees, and platform-operated workflows.

Our role

  • Mudiera provides the platform, discovery surfaces, trust and moderation systems, creator collaboration workflows, and certain support and operational services.
  • Businesses, sellers, and creators remain responsible for the truthfulness, legality, pricing, delivery, advertising claims, and fulfilment of their own offerings and content unless Mudiera expressly states otherwise.

Rankings and discovery

Content, listings, profiles, posts, and opportunities may be displayed or prioritised using factors such as:

  • Search terms, category match, location, and other relevance signals.
  • Profile completeness, freshness, availability, and operational readiness.
  • Subscription tier, promoted placements, or featured visibility where applicable.
  • Engagement signals such as views, favourites, clicks, replies, saves, or conversion activity.
  • Trust and safety signals, moderation history, community reports, and verification-related information.
  • User role, context, business workflow state, or platform-specific matching logic.

Mudiera may update ranking, recommendation, and matching logic over time to improve quality, safety, and relevance.

Badges, labels, and verification-related features

Mudiera may display badges, labels, metadata, or verification-related states for businesses, content, or users. These may be based on business-submitted information, moderation outcomes, platform review, community signals, or structured profile data.

  • These indicators are informational and may change over time.
  • They do not guarantee religious compliance, legal compliance, product quality, safety, endorsement, or certification.
  • Users should exercise their own judgment before relying on any badge, claim, or listing.

Reviews, reports, and moderation

  • Reviews, posts, and user submissions may be moderated for safety, quality, policy compliance, fraud prevention, and legal requirements.
  • Mudiera may remove, relabel, demote, or restrict content based on moderation decisions, user reports, integrity checks, or platform risk.
  • Moderation decisions may consider abuse prevention, duplicate or manipulative behaviour, community safety, and platform integrity.

Sponsored, promoted, and paid content

Mudiera may support featured listings, promoted visibility, creator partnerships, campaign workflows, or sponsored content.

  • Where applicable, sponsored or paid content may be labelled using terms such as Paid Post, promoted, sponsored, or similar disclosures.
  • Creator collaboration flows may include creator fees, Mudiera regulation fees, and total brand fees.
  • Paid placement or collaboration status may affect visibility or labelling but does not guarantee performance.

Automation and assistive workflows

Mudiera Pro and Mudiera AI may assist with drafting, campaign planning, task creation, follow-ups, automation suggestions, and business operations support.

  • These tools are assistive and may rely on available account, business, and platform context.
  • Generated outputs may be incomplete or require review.
  • Final responsibility for sending, publishing, approving, or acting on generated outputs remains with the relevant user, business, or creator.

Fees

Mudiera may charge platform fees, subscription fees, service fees, application fees, collaboration-related fees, payout-related fees, or other charges depending on the feature used. Payment provider fees may also apply.

Intellectual property and brand integrity

Mudiera may protect the platform against copying, scraping, cloning, false association, trademark misuse, misleading branding, or unauthorised commercial reuse of platform systems, workflows, content, or trade dress.
