These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Mudiera, including our website, marketplace, discovery surfaces, community features, creator tools, business tools, Mudiera Pro, Mudiera AI workflows, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

Who we are

Mudiera is a halal-centred discovery, business, community, and platform ecosystem. Depending on the feature you use, Mudiera may act as:

A discovery and directory platform for businesses, services, products, events, clubs, courses, and community resources.
A marketplace and payments-enabled platform connecting buyers, businesses, creators, and independent sellers.
A community and trust platform that supports reviews, badges, reports, moderation, and verification-related signals.
A business enablement platform, including Mudiera Pro and Mudiera AI workflows for drafting, tasking, automation, collaboration, and operations support.

Eligibility and accounts

You must provide accurate, current information and keep your login details secure.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You must not impersonate another person, business, or creator, or falsely suggest affiliation, endorsement, ownership, or verification.
Certain features may require completion of onboarding, profile setup, role checks, verification steps, or connected third-party accounts before access is granted.

Roles on the platform

Mudiera supports multiple user roles, including users, buyers, businesses, creators, and sellers.

Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of their business profiles, menus, services, listings, bookings, events, offers, forms, products, fulfilment, pricing, communications, and legal compliance.
Creators are responsible for their creator profiles, collaboration content, disclosures, submissions, media, statements, and compliance with advertising and consumer laws.
Buyers and end users are responsible for the accuracy of their account, delivery, booking, and enquiry details.
Mudiera may provide tooling, workflows, moderation, visibility, payments support, and operational infrastructure, but does not become the merchant, seller, creator, advertiser, or fulfilment provider unless expressly stated.

Discovery, trust, and platform signals

Mudiera may display, organise, prioritise, or filter content using signals such as:

Search relevance, category relevance, location relevance, and user intent.
Subscription level, promoted placements, or featured visibility where applicable.
Engagement signals such as clicks, saves, favourites, conversion events, or interactions.
Profile completeness, business activity, content freshness, or operational readiness.
Community reports, review quality, moderation outcomes, trust indicators, and verification-related signals.
Halal-related tags, badges, category attributes, and business-provided or platform-reviewed metadata.

Badges, labels, trust indicators, and verification-related states are informational platform features and do not constitute a guarantee, certification, endorsement, fatwa, or legal assurance.

Mudiera Pro and Mudiera AI

Mudiera Pro and Mudiera AI may generate drafts, suggestions, tasks, campaigns, automations, summaries, next actions, or operational recommendations based on business activity and platform context.

AI outputs are assistive only and should be reviewed before use.
You remain responsible for all messages, actions, approvals, edits, sends, automations, campaigns, pricing, partnerships, and external communications.
Mudiera may require a connected business profile or other prerequisites before Mudiera Pro features can be used.
Automated actions, generated drafts, collaboration workflows, and campaign suggestions may depend on available product configuration and current platform functionality.

Creator collaborations and sponsored content

Mudiera may support creator discovery, outreach, campaign planning, collaboration requests, paid post workflows, receipts, and fee breakdowns.

Businesses and creators are each responsible for the truthfulness, legality, delivery, and disclosure of sponsored or paid content.
Required fees, including creator fees, Mudiera regulation fees, and total brand fees, may apply where a collaboration workflow is offered.
Sponsored, paid, promotional, or branded content may be labelled by Mudiera to promote transparency.

User content

You retain ownership of content you lawfully create and upload, subject to the rights needed for Mudiera to operate the Services.

By submitting or uploading content to Mudiera, you grant Mudiera a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt for formatting, publish, display, distribute, moderate, and use that content for operating, securing, improving, and promoting the Services.

You must have all rights needed to submit your content.
You must not upload infringing, unlawful, deceptive, harmful, abusive, or privacy-violating content.
We may remove, restrict, relabel, demote, or review content that violates law, these Terms, or our policies.

Intellectual property and brand protection

Mudiera and its related names, logos, marks, branding, trade dress, layouts, design systems, workflows, platform logic, trust systems, verification flows, discovery structures, creator tools, Mudiera Pro interfaces, Mudiera AI workflow architecture, documentation, original copy, software, and site content are protected by applicable intellectual property and unfair competition laws.

Mudiera and related brand identifiers are proprietary to the Mudiera brand owner unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, scrape, clone, repackage, reverse engineer, republish, frame, mirror, train on, exploit, or create derivative commercial products from protected parts of the Services except as permitted by law or with written permission.
You may not use Mudiera branding, logos, taglines, badges, screenshots, templates, datasets, trust indicators, or interface patterns in a way that causes confusion, misrepresentation, or dilution.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Mudiera intellectual property to you.

Payments, subscriptions, and fees

Payments may be processed through Stripe, Stripe Connect, or other payment providers.
Subscription plans, platform fees, application fees, creator-related fees, service fees, refunds, chargebacks, and payout timing may vary by feature and are subject to the applicable policy, checkout terms, and provider rules.
Access to Premium, Pro, or other paid features may change if payment fails, a subscription ends, or there is misuse or risk.

Privacy and data use

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Where you submit information about other people, you confirm you have a lawful basis to do so.

Prohibited conduct

You must not:

Misuse the Services, interfere with security, or attempt unauthorised access.
Scrape, harvest, or bulk-extract platform data without permission.
Infringe Mudiera or third-party intellectual property rights.
Submit false reviews, fake engagement, fake verification, manipulated trust signals, or misleading platform activity.
Use the Services for unlawful discrimination, fraud, harassment, hate, abuse, or unsafe activity.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend, restrict, relabel, or terminate access where we reasonably believe there is misuse, fraud, risk, legal exposure, infringement, harmful conduct, payment failure, or a breach of these Terms or related policies.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
Mudiera does not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific rankings, specific commercial outcomes, or the accuracy of all user-provided, business-provided, creator-provided, or AI-generated content.
Mudiera is not responsible for the acts, omissions, products, services, advertising claims, content, fulfilment, safety, or legality of third parties using the Services.

Changes

We may update these Terms to reflect legal, technical, operational, or product changes. Continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
