Seller Terms

These Seller Terms apply to businesses, sellers, and service providers who list, promote, book, or sell products or services through Mudiera.

Seller responsibilities

  • Provide accurate, current, and lawful listings, pricing, descriptions, policies, availability, and fulfilment information.
  • Keep business profile, category, and contact information accurate.
  • Fulfil orders, bookings, or services promptly and communicate clearly with buyers or customers.
  • Handle cancellations, returns, refunds, delivery, and after-sales support in line with your stated terms and applicable law.
  • Comply with all applicable consumer, tax, advertising, product safety, accessibility, and sector-specific rules.

Business profile and trust information

  • You are responsible for claims made on your profile, listings, badges, descriptions, offers, halal-related statements, and community-facing content.
  • You must not submit false, misleading, unverifiable, defamatory, or deceptive information.
  • Mudiera may review, restrict, relabel, or remove profile data, trust indicators, or content where needed for safety, clarity, integrity, or legal compliance.

Creator and campaign workflows

If you use creator discovery, collaboration, outreach, or campaign features:

  • You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and disclosure of your campaign requests and promotional claims.
  • Collaboration fees, including creator fees, Mudiera regulation fees, and total brand fees, may apply where offered.
  • You must not ask creators to make unlawful, misleading, undisclosed, or deceptive sponsored claims.

Payments and fees

  • Payouts may be facilitated via Stripe Connect or another payment provider.
  • Platform fees, subscription fees, processing fees, application fees, collaboration-related fees, and payout timing may apply.
  • Access to some business or Pro features may depend on account status, connected payment setup, subscription status, or other readiness requirements.

Prohibited items and behaviour

Sellers must not:

  • List prohibited, unsafe, counterfeit, infringing, or unlawful items or services.
  • Engage in fraudulent, misleading, abusive, manipulative, discriminatory, or harmful conduct.
  • Manipulate reviews, trust signals, visibility, verification-related states, or platform activity.
  • Misuse Mudiera branding, badges, or platform presentation in a way that implies approval, endorsement, or partnership that does not exist.

Disputes

Sellers should work in good faith to resolve buyer issues. Mudiera may assist with dispute resolution, moderation, or enforcement where appropriate, but is not required to adjudicate every dispute.
