Mudiera ("we", "us", "our") operates a halal-centred discovery, marketplace, community, business, creator, and operational platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, retain, and protect personal information when you use Mudiera, including directory browsing, accounts, messaging, bookings, orders, creator tools, community features, Mudiera Pro, Mudiera AI workflows, and related services (the "Services").

  • Workspace and automation context: information connected to Mudiera Pro or Mudiera AI workflows, such as business events, task state, draft content, source context, campaign inputs, automation settings, and action history.

  • Measure engagement, improve discovery quality, optimise ranking systems, and understand platform performance.

AI and workflow processing

Where Mudiera Pro or Mudiera AI features are used, we may process relevant workspace context to generate drafts, task suggestions, summaries, next actions, campaign suggestions, or automation outputs.

  • AI outputs are assistive and may require human review.
  • We use available product context to support business workflows, not to transfer ownership of your business or user content.
  • We may store prompt inputs, generated outputs, edits, statuses, and related operational context to provide the feature, improve safety, and maintain service history.

How we share information

We may share information:

  • With service providers that help us operate the Services, such as hosting, infrastructure, analytics, communications, storage, fraud prevention, and payment providers.
  • With sellers, businesses, creators, or fulfilment partners when necessary to complete a transaction, booking, collaboration, enquiry, or delivery.
