Intellectual Property & Brand Notice

This notice explains how Mudiera protects its brand, platform implementation, original content, workflows, interfaces, trust systems, and other intellectual property.

Ownership

Unless otherwise stated, all rights in Mudiera are reserved by the Mudiera intellectual property owner. This includes rights in:

  • The Mudiera name, branding, logos, visual identity, trade dress, and brand presentation.
  • The platform structure, page layouts, component patterns, navigation systems, onboarding flows, and dashboard organisation.
  • Original text, product copy, legal copy, taxonomies, descriptions, trust language, and platform documentation.
  • Software, source code, database structure, APIs, workflow architecture, automation logic, ranking logic, operational systems, and interface behaviour.
  • Trust and discovery implementation, including badges, tagging structures, verification-related flows, community reporting systems, moderation flows, and discovery presentation logic.
  • Business tooling, creator tooling, campaign workflows, paid collaboration flows, Mudiera Pro, Mudiera AI interfaces, action pipelines, task systems, and related operational design.

What is protected

You may not, without written permission:

  • Copy, clone, mirror, reproduce, republish, or commercially exploit substantial parts of Mudiera.
  • Recreate Mudiera's distinctive workflows, interface structures, trust systems, or operational flows in a way that causes confusion or unfairly appropriates the platform's implementation.
  • Use the Mudiera name or confusingly similar branding for related goods or services.
  • Reuse Mudiera logos, screenshots, badge systems, disclosure labels, UI assets, legal copy, structured content, or original datasets in a misleading or unauthorised way.
  • Scrape or bulk extract platform data, business listings, creator information, reviews, operational data, or community content except as permitted by law or by written licence.

User and third-party content

Users, businesses, and creators generally retain rights in content they lawfully submit, subject to the licences granted under Mudiera's Terms. This notice does not claim ownership over third-party content beyond the rights needed to operate and protect the platform.

Trademark and brand integrity

Mudiera may enforce its rights against:

  • Trademark infringement.
  • Passing off or false association.
  • Brand dilution.
  • Unauthorised use of logos, names, campaign labels, or platform identifiers.
  • Misleading presentation suggesting endorsement, partnership, certification, or affiliation.
